How Water Trading Works
- Understand allocations - Water your entitlement provides each season
- Check prices - Current prices in your zone
- Trade through broker - Buy extra or sell surplus water
- Transfer allocation - Water moves to your account
- Use or carryover - Use this season or carry to next
Seasonal Tips
Autumn/Winter: Review your water needs for the coming season. Consider buying water if allocation prices are favorable. Contact local brokers early.
